As experts in accessibility testing to ensure that sites comply with UK legislation; bit10 were able to conduct a code-level accessibility audit against best practice guidelines, as well as user testing, for the new Virgin
Trains website.

We have an established panel of disabled users who completed a suite of tasks on the site, supervised by one
of our experienced user testing experts, either in our
on-site dedicated lab or in their own homes to utilise their specialist setups and technology.

The accessibility audit backed up the results of this user testing, and the results proved invaluable to Virgin Trains, who are now making changes to improve the usability and accessibility of the site.
