Project definition documents — each project starts with a document that details the definition, scope and cost/benefit analysis for the project. 

Planning through Microsoft Project 2003 — every project has a project plan to allow estimates to be put together and an initial critical path determined. This plan is updated throughout the project to ensure that the project is delivered on time. Using Microsoft Project 2003 allows bit10 to determine the availability of the optimum resources for the project and to easily monitor progress. 

Web-based issues management — each business issue is accessed via a web interface allowing quick and easy entry and reporting on project issues. Effective issues management is at the core of successful project delivery, ensuring that any client requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently and reducing the chances of "scope creep". 

Web-based risk management — risk is assessed at the start of the project and risks are monitored on an ongoing basis via a web interface. Risk is a major cause of project slippage but can also be used to ensure that the client gets maximum value for money so bit10 ensure that the risk envelope is pushed whilst not being broken. 

Change control for key documents — each project document is change controlled to ensure that only the most recent version is used and that requirements are clear and up to date.
